S. Chadha & Sons felt that there is a need for good quality products which would ensure customer satisfaction and reduce the unneccessary downtime that was being caused due to usage of inferior quality spares. With this thought in mind, the core management at H. S. Chadha & Sons felt that there is a need of a hero to save these automobiles and thus arose Hero® Auto Spares.
Intially catering to the indian markets, slowly and steadily, one by one Hero® Auto Spares increased their presence in various international markets all over the world, satisfying the void of good quality spare parts in international markets.
